48jl reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if you do not meet these requirements. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 48jl Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds held therein.

3.2 Accurate Information

When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. 48jl reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where information is found to be inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify 48jl immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. 48jl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

48jl may require you to complete identity verification procedures ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) before processing withdrawals or as required by applicable regulations. You agree to provide any documentation requested, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.

4.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. 48jl does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. 48jl aims to process withdrawal requests promptly; GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes to a few hours, while bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day. 48jl reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

4.3 Currency

All account balances, deposits, wagers, and withdrawals on the 48jl Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). 48jl is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences that may be applied by your payment provider.

4.4 Prohibited Transactions

The use of the 48jl Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited. 48jl complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and will report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities as required by law.

48jl may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time of the offer. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the specific promotion terms;
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn;
• 48jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms;
• 48jl reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom if it determines that a bonus was claimed in bad faith, through abuse of the bonus system, or in violation of these Terms;
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time, unless otherwise specified.

Attempting to exploit bonuses through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

All games available on the 48jl Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. General gameplay terms include:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live casino games, by the physical outcome of the game as conducted by the live dealer;
• 48jl does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are set by the game providers and are available upon request;
• In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, 48jl reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager amount to your account;

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 48jl Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargebacks, unauthorized payment use, or identity theft;

48jl strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. We conduct age verification checks and will immediately suspend any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21. Any funds in such an account will be returned to the payment source used for deposit, minus any winnings, which will be forfeited.

All content on the 48jl Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the property of 48jl or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include:

• Any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices;

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 48jl, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform;
• Any content obtained from the Platform;
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content;
• Technical failures, interruptions, or errors in the Platform's operation;
• Any losses arising from your gambling activity on the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. 48jl does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of damages, 48jl's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

48jl reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms or any other applicable policy;
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• Failure to complete identity verification;
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from competent authorities;
• Extended periods of account inactivity.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of termination for reasons other than breach of these Terms will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 48jl support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after all pending wagers have been settled.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. 48jl operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations, including those administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

48jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion.
